Warren Rizzi

Warren Rizzi is a Managing Director in the New York office. He advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, profile raising, corporate positioning, corporate restructurings, special situations and investor relations programs.

Notable recent assignments include providing support to Pfizer's investor relations and communications teams, Akili Therapeutics' SPAC, Cue Health's IPO, Planet Labs' SPAC and IR program, Alexion's corporate positioning and investor relations program, Goodyear's acquisition of Cooper Tires, Markforged's SPAC, Livongo's merger with Teladoc Health, Envision Healthcare's sale to KKR and Analogic's sale to Altaris Capital Partners.

Warren also supports a number of healthcare companies on ongoing corporate positioning, corporate messaging, quarterly earnings, investor relations programs and investor days.

Earlier in his career, Warren was an Investment Banking Associate at the Bank of Montreal (BMO) in the Healthcare group in New York. Warren provided strategic counsel, valuation and financial analysis for clients in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare services and medical technology sectors across many capital markets events, including IPOs, sellside and buyside M&A and debt financings.

Warren holds a BA in History from Boston College and MBA from Georgetown University.
