Randal is the Global Head of Technology Transformation and is based in North America.
He has 30+ years of experience managing large enterprise technology environments which has given him a unique perspective on the evolution, dynamic growth, and changes in technology. He has a solid record of developing technology-solid and skilled IT teams.
Randal served as the Manager of Network Operation and Infrastructure where he developed and implemented the technology standards for the New York market circle, Bermuda, and the Cayman Islands, at Arthur Andersen. Later, he served as the Associate Director of Technology Operations at Weil, Gotshal, and Manges, LLP.
He also has a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and continues to be supportive and involved in the mission of creating an environment that fosters a sense of belonging for all within the corporate environment.
Randal enjoys spending downtime with his family and often watches boxing and mixed martial arts events. He also pulls double duty providing IT support for his family and friends.
