Megan Bouchier is a Partner and co-head of the San Francisco office. She works with leading private equity and venture capital firms, and public and private companies at all stages of growth.

Megan partners with clients on ongoing corporate positioning, media relations and investor relations programs. She also regularly advises clients on fundraising and public offerings, M&A, litigation, crisis planning, management changes, shareholder activism and other complex situations.

Recent assignments include Samsara's NYSE IPO, Shiseido's sale of the Laura Mercier, Buxom and bareMinerals brands to Advent International, and a variety of ongoing communications initiatives for Zoom, Grab and Permira.

Prior notable assignments include Slack's direct listing on the NYSE and later acquisition by Salesforce, Waymo's trade secrets litigation against Uber, SoftBank's launch of the Vision Fund and Hewlett Packard's separation into two independent companies, as well as numerous confidential crisis management engagements.

Earlier in her career, Megan was an attorney at Latham & Watkins LLP, where she represented clients in transactional matters, government inquiries and state and federal litigation.

Megan graduated cum laude from Princeton University with a degree in History and earned her J.D. from the UCLA School of Law.
