Marc has 20 years of experience advising organizations, CEOs and senior executives on how to adapt and utilize digital and social media. Marc leads the firm’s Digital Communications Group (DCG) and is responsible for ensuring all communications programs include an effective digital strategy delivered by the flawless execution of graphical and technical deliverables.
Engagements include:
- L3 Technologies and Harris Corporation merger
- Automatic Data Processing on its successful proxy contest against Pershing Square
- Qualcomm on its hostile defense against Broadcom
Marc joined SVC from Crain Communications where he was responsible for leading the growth and profitability of several publications including Crain’s New York Business, Advertising Age and Creativity.
Marc graduated from Wagner College with a B.S. degree in Finance.
