Began career supporting public and private sector organizations on a variety of public affairs matters at Kivvitt, and previously interned in the Post-War and Contemporary Art department at Christie's.

Life Beyond FGS Global

Loves visits to the Art Institute of Chicago, cheering on the Northwestern Wildcats, and walks with her Siberian Husky on Lake Michigan.

Lindsay Molk is a Managing Director in the Chicago office. She advises on special situations - including M&A, shareholder activism and proxy contests, leadership transitions and crisis situations - as well as quarterly earnings announcements and ongoing investor relations programs.

Notable recent engagements include supporting: Lee Enterprises in its successful defense against a hostile acquisition offer and proxy contest waged by Alden Global Capital; Winnebago Industries in its acquisitions of Barletta Boat Company and Newmar; Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company on its acquisition of Cooper Tire & Rubber Company; Gogo Inc. on the sale of its Commercial Aviation division to Intelsat S.A.; FBL Financial Group on its contested take-private transaction by FBPCIC; and Stericycle, Inc. on its settlement with Saddle Point Management, L.P.

Lindsay earned a B.A. in Communications Studies from Northwestern University and an M.S. in Management Studies from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
