Chloe Clifford

Chloe Clifford is a Managing Director in the Los Angeles office. She advises clients on communications strategies across a wide variety of capital markets, M&A, corporate reputation, litigation and crisis situations.

Recent notable assignments include advising Samsara, Xponential Fitness, Compass, 23andMe and Virgin Galactic on their respective public listings, Quibi on litigation matters and the wind down of its business, VMware on its acquisitions of Pivotal Software and Carbon Black, Snapchat on investor relations and corporate communications initiatives, and Golden Gate Capital on firm positioning, transaction-related communications and portfolio company support.

Earlier in her career, Chloe was an attorney in the corporate practice at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher, LLP, where she advised companies and private equity firms across a wide range of industries, focusing on public and private merger transactions, stock and asset sales, public and private capital markets transactions, and private equity transactions.

Chloe graduated from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in History and earned her J.D. from Columbia University.
