Bob Rendine in a Partner in the New York office. He co-leads the Equity Capital Markets practice, developing and executing communications strategies for U.S and cross-border IPOs and SPACS, as well corporate positioning and crisis situations.

Recent assignments include the IPOs of Allbirds, Rent the Runway, Bumble, Warner Music. Rackspace Technology, and Leslie's Pools, on the Nasdaq, and IHS Towers, Vizio, Blend Labs, AMTD Investment Bank and LINE Corporation on the New York Stock Exchange, the spin-offs of IBM's $19b managed infrastructure business (Kyndryl) and Vector Group's real estate business (Douglas Elliman) on the New York Stock Exchange, FCA's merger with Peugeot and it's previously attempted merger with Renault,, HNA Group's investment in Hilton Hotels, HNA Capital's investment in SkyBridge Capital, and the launch of Luminex Trading & Analytics, the leading ATS platform created by nine leading asset managers led by Fidelity.

Prior to joining the firm, Bob led strategic communications and corporate affairs for leading brands and successful global companies, including the world's leading provider of global lottery and gaming systems GTECH (now IGT), GE's global consumer finance and banking business GE Money, and the world's leading operator of stock exchanges, NYSE Euronext, where je led the exchange's marketing,, media and broadcast services, which included advising and working with companies on visibility and events surrounding their initial public offerings (IPO's). In those roles, Bob worked across multiple geographies in highly regulated industries, and led communications for transaction across five continents and created and executed communications strategies for a variety of high profile, high stakes issues in the legal and regulatory arena.

Bob earned a BA in Political Science and Sociology from The George Washington University and an MPA from The American University.
