Grew up in Maine. Adventured/studied/worked in California, Washington DC, Tanzania, and then settled in Park Slope, Brooklyn after college. Started in communications at Gavin Anderson & Co before joining Sard Verbinnen in 1998.

Husband, father to two children. Writes, records & (occasionally) performs music. Traveler. Former homebrewer. Avid hiker and fisherman, but loves city time too! Supporter of numerous non-profit cultural, education and environmental organizations.
Andrew is Deputy Global Chief Executive Officer. He also is a member of the firm's Board of Directors. Andrew actively advises clients around the world on a wide variety of mission critical assignments -- from long-term positioning to high-stakes special situations, including M&A and crises.
Andrew has been recognized as a leader in financial public relations including being named among the ""top 15 financial public relations experts CEOs are scrambling to hire"" by Business Insider (Dec 2020) and a ""Top PR Consultant in North America"" by MergerLinks (Jan 2021).
Andrew received a B.A. in English from Connecticut College. He is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors and is a frequent guest speaker at thought-leadership forums. Andrew's pro bono work includes Education Through Music and YearUp.
