PAUL KRANHOLD

Paul Kranhold is a Managing Director and head of the Sard Verbinnen & Co California office. Since joining the firm, Mr. Kranhold has played a leadership role in creating corporate reputation programs and has managed a variety of transaction teams, litigation assignments, investor and media relations projects and crisis work in a wide range of industries.

Prior to joining Sard Verbinnen & Co, Mr. Kranhold was Vice President of Corporate Public Relations for AT&T, one of the world’s largest telecommunications concerns. At AT&T, Mr. Kranhold led the company’s financial communications and media relations programs. Earlier in his career Mr. Kranhold was Vice President of Corporate Communications at The Irvine Company, one of the country’s largest private land development companies. He also previously served as press secretary to the Governor of California during one of the most trying periods in the state’s history.

He holds a B.A. in International Relations from George Washington University and has attended intensive foreign language programs at the Monterey Institutes of International Studies in California and the Austro-American Institute in Vienna, Austria.
