ANDREW COLE

Andrew Cole is a Managing Director.

Mr. Cole advises on long-term media and investor relations positioning programs and special situations, including bankruptcies, crises, litigation, proxy contests, regulatory investigations, restatements, senior management changes and transactions. Mr. Cole represents clients across a wide range of industries, including biotechnology, media, pharmaceutical, private equity, retail and telecommunications. Mr. Cole joined the firm in New York in 1998. He moved to the firm’s San Francisco office in October 2006.

Mr. Cole joined the firm from the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Gavin Anderson & Company, a global financial public relations/public affairs firm. Mr. Cole earned a B.A. in English from Connecticut College in 1997.
