ROBIN WEINBERG

Robin Weinberg is a Principal. Since joining the firm in 2005, Ms. Weinberg has worked on a wide range of situations including mergers & acquisitions, crisis, proxy contests, earnings announcements, asset sales and spin-offs and executive changes. She also works with both pubic companies and private investment firms on the development and execution of long-term corporate positioning, profile raising and investor relations programs.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Weinberg was an Account Manager at Citigate Financial Intelligence where she implemented financial communications programs for several public companies of varying market capitalizations and in a range of sectors including technology and financial services. Her responsibilities included benchmarking and writing investor relations materials; conducting outreach to buy and sell-side targets; managing financial community roadshows and ascertaining and analyzing financial community perceptions. Previously, she was an Account Executive at KCSA Public Relations, where she was responsible for executing investor relations programs.

Ms. Weinberg graduated with honors with a B.A. degree in Government from Lehigh University, where she also minored in English.
