PAUL VERBINNEN

Paul Verbinnen is President of Sard Verbinnen.

Mr. Verbinnen co-founded Sard Verbinnen in 1992 and is actively involved with many of the firm’s clients. He has advised companies in the U.S. and overseas on mergers & acquisitions, proxy fights, initial public offerings, earnings surprises, restructurings, crises, executive changes and long-term corporate positioning and investor relations programs.

Before Sard Verbinnen, Mr. Verbinnen was Executive Vice President, International for The Ogilvy Public Relations Group, and a Managing Director of Ogilvy Adams & Rinehart, a corporate/financial public relations firm. At Ogilvy, Mr. Verbinnen managed international operations for two years from London and New York. From 1984 through 1988, he was head of the Hong Kong office and, from 1986-88 he was also regional director for Asia/Pacific.

Mr. Verbinnen has a B.A. degree in political science from Syracuse University and studied at the New York Institute of Finance.
