JAMES TULLY

James Tully is a Managing Director. He has been involved in multiple transactions and special situations, including mergers and acquisitions, proxy fights, asset sales and spin-offs, strategic alternative announcements and public offerings. Mr. Tully also assists clients with the execution and management of ongoing corporate positioning and investor relations programs, including providing strategic counsel and support on significant corporate announcements and the preparation of quarterly earnings releases, conference call scripts, road show presentations and investor day events.

Prior to joining the firm in 2001, Mr. Tully was with Citigate Dewe Rogerson, where he helped implement investor relations programs for several public companies, including developing investor presentations, identifying buy and sell-side targets and managing financial community road shows. Prior to that, he provided counsel on investor relations and corporate governance matters while at Morrow & Co., a proxy solicitation and shareholder services firm.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Tully spent several years in government, including serving as a Legislative Assistant responsible for trade and telecommunications issues for a member of the U.S. House of Representatives.

Mr. Tully holds a B.A. degree in history from the University of Vermont and an M.B.A. from George Washington University.
