RENÉE SOTO

Renée Soto is a Principal. Since joining the firm in 2005, Ms. Soto has worked on a variety of transactions and special situations, including mergers, acquisitions, proxy contests, bankruptcies, spin-offs and litigation support.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Soto was a Corporate Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, where she specialized in mergers, acquisitions and securities transactions. While in the Mergers & Acquisitions department, Ms. Soto was responsible for the execution of both public and private transactions. She also represented a variety of underwriters in equity and high-yield debt offerings and advised clients on issues of general corporate governance and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Ms. Soto holds a J.D. degree from Harvard Law School (2002) and an A.B. degree in Psychology from Harvard College (1998).
