DAVID HARRIS

David S. Harris serves as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Sard Verbinnen & Co.

Mr. Harris plays a key role in directing and overseeing the business and fiscal management of the firm, as well as in planning, overseeing, and coordinating capital, financial systems, real estate and operating expenditures. He also provides leadership and direction over the Finance, Information Technology and Human Resource areas.

Before joining Sard Verbinnen, Mr. Harris was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Korey, Kay & Partners, a mid-sized advertising agency. His responsibilities included coordination and oversight of all aspects of the company’s operations including finance, client accounting, real estate, Information technologies and human resources.

Mr. Harris received his master’s degree in Finance and Management from Fordham University in Manhattan and his bachelor of science degree in Accounting from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
