TRACY GREENBERGER

Tracy Greenberger is the Director of Sard Verbinnen’s Digital Communications Group. She is responsible for developing online outreach, marketing and positioning components for firm projects in addition to providing traditional corporate positioning and media relations counsel. She has helped launch transaction-related websites for numerous high-profile announcements, and oversees the development and maintenance of corporate websites for a wide range of clients.

Prior to joining the firm in 1999, Ms. Greenberger worked as a marketing associate for Lazard Freres & Co. in the firm’s asset management division.

Ms. Greenberger holds a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.
