JONATHAN GASTHALTER

Jonathan Gasthalter is a Managing Director.

Mr. Gasthalter advises on special situations, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, proxy contests and complex litigation, as well as long-term corporate positioning programs for private investment firms and public companies.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gasthalter worked as a press aide in the Executive Offices of the New York State Attorney General.

Mr. Gasthalter holds a B.A. degree in political science from Union College. He is proficient in French.
