ANDREW COLE

Andrew Cole is a Managing Director.

Mr. Cole advises on long-term media and investor relations positioning programs and special situations, including bankruptcies, crises, litigation, proxy contests, regulatory investigations, restatements, senior management changes and transactions. Mr. Cole represents clients across a wide range of industries, including biotechnology, media, pharmaceutical, private equity, retail and telecommunications.

Mr. Cole joined Sard Verbinnen in New York in 1998. From October 2006 to July 2009, Mr. Cole worked in the firm’s San Francisco office. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Cole previously served as a Senior Associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Gavin Anderson & Company, a global financial public relations/public affairs firm.

Mr. Cole earned a B.A. in English from Connecticut College in 1997. While studying in Tanzania (1996), he served as a voting station monitor for the U.N. during the country’s first multi-party election.
