DREW BROWN
Drew Brown is a Managing Director. Since joining Sard Verbinnen in 1993, Mr. Brown has advised a broad range of clients in building corporate identities, announcing complex transactions and managing special situations such as lawsuits, proxy fights, adverse business developments and executive departures. Mr. Brown oversaw the creation of the firm’s New Media Strategies group, which has been an innovator in utilizing electronic media in support of communications objectives.
Mr. Brown joined Sard Verbinnen from Ogilvy & Mather Direct, where he was a Senior Account Executive. While at O&MD, he played a major role in the development of several new digital communications media, including the promotion of AT&T's nascent interactive television platform.
Prior to joining Ogilvy, Mr. Brown worked for AT&T. He holds a B.A. degree in history from Yale University.
