CARRIE BLOOM

Carrie Bloom is a Principal. Since joining the firm in 2000, Ms. Bloom has provided communications counsel on a variety of complex situations including mergers & acquisitions, proxy contests, senior management changes, crises and product recalls, IPOs and complex litigation. She has also advised on a number of long-term corporate positioning programs for private investment firms and public companies.

Ms. Bloom holds an M.B.A. from NYU Stern School of Business and graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. degree in Public Relations and Finance from Syracuse University.
