BRANDY BERGMAN

Brandy Bergman is a Managing Director. Since joining the firm, Ms. Bergman has advised a wide range of corporate clients on the announcement of various complex transactions, including negotiated mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, contested takeovers and IPOs. Along with these transactions, she has also advised clients on media and investor relations surrounding special situations such as lawsuits, proxy fights, earnings warnings, executive departures and plant closings.

Ms. Bergman, an attorney, was previously a senior assistant district attorney in the Kings County District Attorney’s Office. During her five years as a prosecutor, Ms. Bergman was responsible for investigating and prosecuting crimes ranging from insurance fraud and embezzlement to homicide.

Ms. Bergman holds a J.D. degree from Fordham University School of Law (1992) and a B.A. degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan (1989).
