DEBBIE MILLER

Debbie Miller is a Managing Director. Since joining the firm, Ms. Miller has advised clients on long-term corporate positioning programs and has provided strategic communications counsel to companies in a variety of special situations including, among others, mergers and acquisitions, proxy contests, restructurings and executive changes.

Prior to joining Sard Verbinnen and Co, Ms. Miller worked in the Debt Capital Markets Services division of Morgan Stanley. As a member of the Financing Services Group, she was responsible for the execution of debt transactions for corporate and financial companies. While at Morgan Stanley, Ms. Miller was also responsible for producing the Debt Capital Markets Weekly Update, a publication aimed at providing economic and market updates to potential debt issuers. Previously, she was with the law firm of Shearman & Sterling where she was a Legal Assistant in the Corporate Finance Department.

Ms. Miller graduated cum laude with a B.A. degree in art history from Princeton University.
