Marc Minardo is a Managing Director and head of the firm’s Digital Communications Group, based in the New York office.
Marc advises a wide range of clients by providing digital strategy and technical leadership on projects which include: digital reputation management, advertising & promotion, custom publishing, creative development, branding, social media and website development.
Recent engagements and representation highlights include:
- Providing ongoing digital communications strategy and support for Fortune 500 companies, major international hedge funds, private equity, venture capital and other asset management firms
- Takata Corporation on its airbag inflator issue
- Launch of RedBird Capital Partners
- Becton Dickinson on its acquisition of CareFusion
Marc joined Sard Verbinnen from Crain Communications, where he was an Interactive General Manager for Crain’s New York Business. His responsibility was to manage the growth and profitability of all digital products while advancing the technology and publishing platform. Prior to his role at Crain’s New York Business, he worked on advancing the digital presence for Crain publications, including Advertising Age and Creativity Magazine.
Marc graduated from Wagner College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
