Jamie Tully, a Managing Director in the New York office, has been involved in multiple transactions and special situations, including mergers and acquisitions, proxy fights, asset sales and spin-offs, and public offerings. Jamie also assists clients with the execution and management of ongoing corporate positioning, media relations and investor relations programs, including providing strategic counsel and support on significant corporate announcements, crisis situations and the preparation of quarterly earnings announcements and investor day events.

- Takata on the global airgbag inflator recall and corporate restructuring
- Perrigo on its unsolicited acquisition proposal from Mylan
- Aspen Insurance Holdings on its unsolicited offer from Endurance Specialty Holdings
- Vulcan Materials on its unsolicited offer from Martin Marietta
Prior to joining the firm in 2001, Jamie was with Citigate Dewe Rogerson, where he helped implement investor relations programs for several public companies, including developing investor presentations, identifying buy and sell-side targets and managing financial community road shows. Prior to that, he provided counsel on investor relations and corporate governance matters while at Morrow & Co., a proxy solicitation and shareholder services firm.
Earlier in his career, Jamie spent several years in government, including serving as a Legislative Assistant responsible for trade and telecommunications issues for a member of the U.S. House of Representatives. He holds a B.A. degree in history from the University of Vermont and an M.B.A. from George Washington University.
