Drew Brown is a Managing Director based in New York. Since joining Sard Verbinnen in 1993, Drew has worked on a wide variety of communications programs to help build corporate identities, articulate and support investment theses, and announce complex transactions.
Recent engagement and representation highlights include:
- Ongoing positioning, investor relations and advocacy work with a broad range of insurance and reinsurance companies
- Advising StanCorp on its acquisition by Meiji Yasuda and Protective Life on its acquisition by Dai-ichi Life
- Advising Hewlett Packard on its separation into HPI and HPE
- Working with Molson Coors in connection with its acquisition of MillerCoors joint venture
Drew joined Sard Verbinnen from Ogilvy & Mather, where he was a Senior Account Executive with a focus on emerging digital & interactive communications. Prior to joining Ogilvy, Drew worked for AT&T in its large business sales division. Drew holds a B.A. degree in history from Yale University, where he played football.
