Alyssa Linn is a Vice President in the Los Angeles office. She advises clients on a wide range of complex situations, including mergers & acquisitions, crises, litigation, activist shareholder campaigns and proxy contests, asset sales, spin-offs, bankruptcies and executive changes. She has also worked on the development and execution of a number of long-term corporate positioning and investor relations programs. Alyssa represents clients across a broad range of industries, including financial services, retail and consumer products, and technology.
Current and recent assignments include:
- Snap Inc. on its IPO on the NYSE
- Ongoing corporate positioning and investor relations work with Oaktree Capital, including the appointment of its first-ever Chief Executive Officer and its acquisition of Highstar Capital
- Sports Authority and PacSun on Chapter 11 restructurings
- HP on its separation into Hewlett Packard Enterprise and HP Inc.
- eBay’s spinoff of PayPal
Alyssa graduated with honors from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Literature and Culture.
